Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Robotics Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain robotic systems and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in robotics, robot programming, control systems, sensors, automation, and software development. The candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deploy reliable and efficient robotic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and test robotic systems.
Program and configure robotic platforms and industrial robots.
Develop robot control, motion planning, navigation, and automation solutions.
Work with ROS/ROS 2, C++, and Python for robotics development.
Integrate sensors including cameras, LiDAR, IMU, encoders, and proximity sensors.
Perform robot simulation, testing, debugging, and system validation.
Integrate robots with PLCs, conveyors, motors, actuators, and other automation equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Optimize robot performance, accuracy, speed, and reliability.
Support robot installation, commissioning, and deployment.
Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and system specifications.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software engineering teams.
Follow robotics and industrial safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in robotics, automation, or a related engineering field.
Strong understanding of robotics fundamentals, kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
Good programming skills in C++ and/or Python.
Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS 2.
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, motors, and embedded systems.
Experience with robotics simulation tools such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Webots, or similar.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Git and software development practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with industrial robots such as ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, or Universal Robots.
Experience with AMRs/AGVs and autonomous navigation.
Knowledge of SLAM, localization, path planning, and sensor fusion.
Experience with computer vision and image processing.
Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.
Familiarity with CAD and mechanical design tools.
Experience in robot commissioning and production deployment.
