About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The role involves technical leadership, architecture design, team mentoring, and delivering AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Design scalable and production-ready AI architectures and systems.
Lead and mentor AI/ML Engineers and Developers.
Work with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Deep Learning.
Drive AI model development, optimization, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Cloud, and Engineering teams.
Ensure AI solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

Experience

2-5+years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in leading AI/ML teams or projects.
Hands-on experience in designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and AI/ML frameworks.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
