About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve business operations, automate processes, and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI integration into web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-based applications and solutions.
Build and integrate AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation tools.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
Fine-tune and optimize AI models for business-specific use cases.
Integrate AI services and APIs into websites, mobile apps, and enterprise systems.
Create prompt engineering strategies to improve AI response quality.
Build AI workflows using automation platforms and custom solutions.
Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver AI projects.
Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Python.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral, or similar AI models.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and RAG architecture.
Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
Understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts.
Experience with REST APIs and AI API integrations.
Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
Experience in chatbot development.
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, Next.js, Vue.js).
Experience with Docker and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
