Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth by leveraging AI tools, automation, data, and rapid experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute AI-driven growth strategies across digital channels.
Identify opportunities for user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
Use AI tools to automate marketing, content creation, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Run rapid A/B tests and growth experiments to improve key metrics.
Analyze user behavior, funnels, and campaign performance using data.
Build AI-powered workflows for SEO, social media, email, CRM, and lead generation.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to accelerate growth.
Track KPIs such as CAC, conversion rate, retention, engagement, and revenue.

Required Skills:
2–5+ years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a related field.
Strong understanding of growth marketing, analytics, funnels, and experimentation.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and GenAI platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, paid marketing, social media, email marketing, and CRM.
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to rapidly test ideas and convert successful experiments into scalable growth initiatives.
Preferred:

Experience with AI automation, no-code/low-code tools, marketing analytics, prompt engineering, AI agents, and growth automation platforms.
